e-Delivery through Davenport Online

Sign up today and take advantage of a convenient, secure and flexible way of receiving important account communications.

e-Delivery provides online access to your important account communications. Rather than receiving these documents through traditional mail, you will receive an email notification when new documents are available to view online. e-Delivery is a simple, fast and secure way to receive important communications about your financial account through Davenport Online.*

The following account communications are eligible for e-Delivery:

  • Statements and Reports
  • Trade Confirmations
  • Tax Documents
  • Notifications
  • Proxy material, reorganization material and shareholder communications
  • Prospectuses for mutual funds, ETFs and unit investment trusts

Getting Started

Follow these steps to enroll:

  1. Log in to Davenport Online with your username and password.*
  2. Select “Go paperless” at the top of any page.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to select the documents to be delivered electronically.

Enrollment can be activated as quickly as the same day as registration (if occurring prior to 6 p.m. ET).

*To enroll in e-Delivery, you must have a Davenport Online username and password. To register for Davenport Online, click on REGISTER under the Client Login button above. Contact your Davenport Financial Advisor or Client Service Associate for help.
