Instructions for sending Outlook templates:
- Download the template by clicking the above "Download" button
- Find the file in your "Downloads" folder, double click the file to open in Outlook
- Add your client e-mail list to the "BCC" line. (You must BCC your list, otherwise all recipients will be able to see each other's e-mail addresses just like a regular e-mail!)
- Click "Send"
Tips and Tricks
- With the template open in Outlook you can hold the "Ctrl" button and click the links to preview them.
- Remember: The message in the template is compliance approved. If you change the message it will need to be reviewed by compliance again before sending.
