Bettina provides complete preventive care, acute and chronic care, as well as many in-office therapeutic treatments. Bettina prides herself in active listening and excellence in examination, diagnostics, and treatment. She believes in a team approach between the patient and provider in order to make the best health choices for their future.

She received the Distinguished NP Award for Excellence in Care from the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners in 2011. She was also recognized as a Top Nurse Practitioner in the 2017 Richmond Top Doc’s Magazine.

Bettina lives on a farm with her husband, college-bound daughter, and all of their horses, dogs, cats, and koi. She loves traveling to see her son who is in the Coast Guard and her mother who lives on the bay. Her hobbies are gardening, riding, swimming, paddle boarding with her Australian Shepherd, anything ocean related, and salt water fishing. After so many years, Bettina feels fortunate to be in a profession that holds her heart so fully. She looks forward to making an impact at the Davenport Health Center.
