Delaney Gibson is an Associate Financial Advisor with Davenport & Company LLC where she partners with Jim Shearin to help clients navigate their financial goals with clarity and confidence. She began her career with Davenport in 2017 at the firm’s Richmond, VA headquarters before relocating to Raleigh, NC in 2021.
With a holistic approach, Delaney is deeply committed to building long-term, multigenerational relationships rooted in trust, transparency, service and integrity. She holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as Life, Health and Variable Annuity Insurance licenses. Delaney is passionate about guiding clients towards financial peace of mind through personalized planning that reflects their values and goals. Delaney is a graduate of High Point University and has a degree in Business Administration. She and her husband, Ryan, are members of The Summit Church in Raleigh, where they serve in Summit Kids and host a small group. Outside of work, they enjoy cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes and spending time with their daughter born in 2025.
