He started his financial services career with Crestar Bank in its management training program in 1993. Three years later, he joined J.C. Bradford & Co. as a Financial Advisor. Through a series of mergers, J.C. Bradford became UBS Financial Services in 2001, where Grayson continued to serve clients until joining Davenport. Grayson currently serves on Davenport’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Active in his community, he is a member of St. John’s Church, on the Board of Directors of the Roanoke Valley Youth Soccer Club, and volunteers as a soccer coach for Patrick Henry High School. He has served on the board of the Shenandoah Club and North Cross High School, and has volunteered for the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce Backbone Club. Grayson was an All-American soccer player at Roanoke College and played semi-professionally for the Washington Mustangs, Roanoke Riverdawgs and the Roanoke Wrath following graduation. He and his wife Kit enjoy spending time with their children Elle, Louisa and Grayson.
