Jay joined Davenport & Company in 1994. He started his business career with IBM before switching to financial services in 1984 with E.F. Hutton.
A graduate of Old Dominion University, Jay earned his B.S. degree in Business. He is Series 3, 7, 63 and 65 registered with FINRA. Jay serves on the local YMCA board. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, fishing, and traveling with his wife, Jackie.
